All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be refunded to the originating account and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

luck68 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are the Player's sole responsibility.
Withdrawal of funds from a luck68 Account is subject to: (a) completion of satisfactory KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount being from real-money PKR Balance, not Bonus Balance; (c) the Account being in good standing with no active investigation or restriction; and (d) any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold having been met.
luck68 endeavours to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed same-day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT on business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one Tron network confirmation block. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, network congestion, or when additional verification is required.
luck68 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical capability. A bet placed on the luck68 Platform is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been generated. luck68 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to network interruption, session expiry, or insufficient balance at the time of attempted placement.
luck68 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where possible, luck68 will notify affected Players and offer the correct odds where the bet is still available.
Live (in-play) betting markets at luck68 are subject to greater volatility and delay than pre-match markets. Bets placed during a broadcast delay may be voided if the event outcome is known at the time of placement. luck68 employs delay detection measures but cannot guarantee zero-latency live data under all network conditions.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start, or cancelled prior to completion, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's PKR Balance, unless specific rules for that sport or market type provide otherwise.
All casino and slot games available on the luck68 Platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, fishing games, and instant win products — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered — as a multiple of the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit — before conversion to withdrawable PKR Balance.
